These terms apply when you use the GoBengkel website, the customer app, or the workshop apps.
1. What GoBengkel does
GoBengkel is software that helps you find a workshop and follow the work on your car. The repair itself is carried out by the workshop you choose, and your contract for the work is with that workshop.
2. Quotes and approval
Before any work starts, the workshop sends you a quote listing the labour and parts. The work goes ahead only after you approve it. If the workshop finds something new, it sends an updated quote for you to approve.
3. Payment
You pay the workshop for the work it carried out. The price is the one in the quote you approved, unless you approved a change.
4. Using the customer app
You check on your car with its plate number and the phone number you gave the workshop. Do not use someone else’s details to look up a car that is not yours.
5. Workshops on GoBengkel
We review workshops before listing them, but we do not carry out or guarantee the repairs. Complaints about the work should go to the workshop first; tell us too if it is not resolved, so we can review the listing.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions go to admin@gobengkel.com.
